Genealogical Research
The Claybourn Genealogical Society (CGS) exists to provide leadership in assembling and recording data and information on ancestors and descendants of the Claybourn families and to cultivate the ties of friendship among their descendants. CGS also works to preserve and safeguard manuscripts, books, cemeteries, and memorabilia relating to Claybourns.
Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library
The library is the community’s living room where everyone is welcome to meet, discuss, and discover. This library system has eight locations and holds nearly one million items. It was recently awarded “5 Star Library” status by the Library Journal, a designation bestowed on only 1% of the nation’s public libraries.
